An individualized plan of care is the cornerstone of the medical program developed with input from the primary care physician, nursing, social services, activities, and dietary.
Saint Peter's Adult Day Center is staffed with an administrator, a director of nursing, social worker, dietitian, activities coordinator, and nursing assistants committed to meeting the needs of the elderly and disabled population in a dignified and respectful manner. Our nursing staff and social worker act as liaisons with the participant’s physicians and family to provide the best possible medical care from blood pressure checks to medication management.
