23 May	09:00 AM-05:00 PM	Gestational Diabetes Self-Management Class Our teaching program is based on individualized assessment. Our team of certified diabetes educated (CDE) nurses and dietitians will help you learn blood glucose monitoring techniques, record keeping and interpretation and provide nutritional guidelines for both blood sugar control and pregnancy. You will need a prescription from your doctor and a blood glucose meter with meter strips. Registration and a doctor’s prescription required. Please call 732-745-6667 for more information. 23 May	10:00 AM-11:30 PM	Interstitial Support Group The IC Support Group of Central New Jersey is in its sixth successful year. Meetings are held every other month at Saint Peters University Hospital CARES building. Anyone suffering from IC is welcome. Often family members or friends come along as it is so important for them to learn about the condition and to understand how they can help. A wide range of guest speakers present current information on medical treatment, stress management, physical therapy, diet modifications, and other topics. 24 May	06:00 PM-07:00 PM	Maternity Tour A tour of Saint Peter’s Women and Children’s facility is available to any expectant couple, not registered in other classes. Tours are offered on Fridays at 6pm and 7pm and registration is required. The tour can be taken at any time during the pregnancy.
