Four (4) weeks' paid vacation each academic year.
Medical insurance — PPO (preferred provider organization) coverage.
Dental insurance — Two plans to choose from. You must participate in the medical insurance plan to obtain this benefit.
Vision plan — No additional cost to resident. Vision Plan is available only if there is participation in the medical insurance plan.
Prescription plan — Two carriers to choose from. You must participate in the medical insurance plan to obtain this benefit.
Group term life insurance/basic AD&D — Basic life and AD&D insurance is provided at no cost to resident. Supplemental life insurance may be purchased and is based on salary and age.
Long-term disability insurance is provided at no cost to resident.
Malpractice insurance is provided to resident only while engaged in activities necessary for the completion of the residency.
Educational stipend — $500 per academic year.
Monthly meal allotment when on call.
Employee assistance program — Participation in the medical insurance plan is necessary to obtain this benefit.
Free on-site parking.
Three (3) lab coats per academic year.
Computer access 24/7.
Tax shelter annuity plan 403(b) — Six carriers to choose from. Participation is voluntary.
Life support courses and certification.
Reimbursement for N.J. permit, in-training examination fee and professional membership.
