We know that spending time with our residents is important to their quality of life. The staff of McCarrick Care Center’s Activities Department organizes social activities for our residents.
At McCarrick, we strive to provide services that meet the spiritual, physical, social and psychological needs of our residents and to support and encourage all residents to reach their full potential. This is why we encourage residents to take part and attend our recreational programs, craft-making sessions and other social events.
Animals can provide a healing presence, providing physical and emotional benefits to those who spend time with them. A variety of well-behaved pets, including birds, a rabbit, cats and a dog make their home at the McCarrick Care Center, providing companionship to our residents.
