Interstitial Support Group

The IC Support Group of Central New Jersey is in its sixth successful year. Meetings are held every other month at Saint Peters University Hospital CARES building. Anyone suffering from IC is welcome. Often family members or friends come along as it is so important for them to learn about the condition and to understand how they can help. A wide range of guest speakers present current information on medical treatment, stress management, physical therapy, diet modifications, and other topics.

Alzheimer's Association Caregiver Support Group

The Alzheimer’s Association’s Caregiver Support Groups are designed to provide emotional and educational support for caregivers through regularly scheduled meetings. Support groups provide an opportunity for caregivers, families and friends to learn more about Alzheimer’s disease, share their feelings and concerns, and support each other in coping with the effects of the disease.
