Outpatient Nutrition Counseling
Registered dietitians at Saint Peter's University Hospital offer personal nutrition counseling and diet education for children and adults. People visit our nutritionists for many reasons, including:
- Food allergies
- High blood pressure management
- High cholesterol management
- Pregnancy and lactation
- Sports nutrition
- Weight management
All our dietitians are registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and are available for counseling during the day and evening Monday–Friday, as well as on Saturday. Prenatal Nutrition Class
Eating healthy can help you to have a healthy baby. Expectant parents are invited to join us for a practical and informative prenatal nutrition course, where we'll discuss topics such as weight gain, cravings, snacking, morning sickness, and nutritional needs for you and your baby.
