We will be joined by a physical therapist, nutritionist, licensed social worker, and a nurse practitioner as we dive into four topics related to cancer survivorship.

1st Session: Restoring Strength, Mobility & Endurance - Wednesday, June 1st
Description: Decreased strength, balance, endurance and general functioning, as well as mental fogginess, can often be side effects of active cancer treatment. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy can be important to a survivor returning back to "normal life." This presentation will help to identify and improve these factors so that the survivor can start to feel like a whole person again.
2nd Session: Eating Healthy After Cancer - Wednesday, June 8th
Description: A one hour session discussing foods that should be avoided along with what foods should be eaten following your cancer diagnosis.
3rd Session: Our Emotional Wellbeing In The Face of Cancer - Wednesday, June 15th
Description: A one hour session discussing the emotional impact a cancer diagnosis can have on an individual even after finishing treatment and the coping tools needed.
4th Session: Intimacy After Cancer / Guidelines for Maintenance - Wednesday, June 22nd
Description: A one hour session discussing how to manage and improve intimacy side effects following a cancer diagnosis. Will also cover long term screening guidelines, prevention monitoring and other questions/concerns that may arise following a diagnosis.
