Strategies For An Easier Birth Class is a 2 hour prenatal education class that focuses on learning in-depth coping skill designed for pregnant women to help her manage early labor at home.
PREREQUISITE TO ATTEND: If this is your first birth you must complete a prepared Childbirth Class or Hypno Birthing Class prior to Strategies Class.
ATTENTION: Due to COVID19, please be advised that during this time for the safety of our patients, all our expectant parent classes will be held remotely. You will receive a packet of literature and a link closer to the start date of your class. It is critical to provide an email address and home address that is valid where all significant information will be sent. Thank you.
This class is offered one Tuesday every month from: 7 pm - 9 pm.
Partner attendance is strongly encouraged.
The fee is $40.00
