NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. – The Saint Peter’s University Hospital Auxiliary will host a “Designer Pocketbook Bingo” fund-raiser on Friday, Nov. 3, at Our Lady of Peace Auditorium, Route 130, North Brunswick, in support of renovation and expansion of the hospital’s emergency department.  The cost is $35 per person and includes two sets of 10 Bingo cards. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Games begin at 7 p.m.

Stampers and additional Bingo sheets will be available for purchase. A variety of desserts and coffee will be provided, although participants may bring their own food and cold beverages. The winner of each game will go home with a designer pocketbook. The day will also include a 50/50 raffle, gift basket raffles and more. Please call Ann Marie McVay at 732-247-8289 for more information or to register.

“This event has raised more than $40,000 in the last two years,” said Kathleen Killion, auxiliary president. “It is extremely popular and we are looking for another successful fundraiser this year.”
“The auxiliary has long supported the growth of Saint Peter’s,” Killion added. “In fact, the auxiliary has raised more than $2 million on the hospital’s behalf in the last 20 years.  We couldn’t have done it without the support of our community partners and hope that we can count on your support again.”
