Respiratory care practitioners in the Saint Peter’s University Hospital’s Pulmonary Function Laboratory specialize in both adult and pediatric pulmonary function testing including:
·         Complete pulmonary function testing
·         Pulmonary screening
·         Bronchospasmic evaluation - spirometry pre/post bronchodilator
·         Bronchial provocation via methacholine
·         Pentamindine therapy
·         Pulmonary diffusion capacity
·         Simple pulmonary stress test - a six-minute walk and exercise testing
·         Pulmonary stress test
·         Procedures
·         Sputum inductions
·         Fit testing
·         Arterial blood gas analysis.

If your physician has prescribed a pulmonary function test, please call 732-745-8600 extension 8517, to make an appointment Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM and on Fridays between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM.
