Adult Occupational Therapy Hero

Adult Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy (OT) promotes restoration of function after an illness or injury so normal activities can resume at home, school, and work. Occupational therapists are trained in adaptive and assistive devices to help patient function as independently as possible in activities of daily living. We treat conditions such as arthritis, hand, elbow and shoulder fractures, cognitive impairments, stroke, and much more.

Some services include but are not limited to:

  • Edema and pain management
  • Neuromuscular re-education
  • Patient education and instruction
