Each member of Saint Peter’s Physical Rehabilitation Services department offers years of experience in physical therapy (PT). Our therapists take an individualized approach to the care of their patients and assess the individual’s entire body since often other areas of the body contribute to the affected area. They specialize in manual therapy including soft tissue mobilization and pay special attention to biomechanics of movement.
Our therapists will evaluate your:
- Range of motion
- Strength
- Balance
- Endurance
- Coordination
- Flexibility
- Functional movement
Your first appointment with a physical therapist will be a comprehensive one-hour evaluation. This evaluation will provide the framework for your home exercise program and each follow-up session. Follow-up sessions are one-on-one with your physical therapist.
