NEW JERSEY EXPANDS ELIGIBILITY FOR THE COVID-19 BOOSTER
TO RESIDENTS 18 AND OLDER; MUST HAVE COMPLETED TWO-DOSE VACCINE SERIES
AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AGO

By Appointment Only; No Walk-Ins

New Jersey residents who are 18 and older and have completed their second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least six months ago are now eligible for the Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccine.

Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccine clinics will be held by appointment only from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Sister Marie de Pazzi Conference Center at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, 254 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ, on:

Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccine clinics will be held on December 6, 10, 13, 20 and 27.​
Pfizer COVID-19 booster vaccine clinics will be held on December 7 and 28.

 Eligible New Jersey residents who completed their initial series of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine six (6) months ago or longer, are 65 or older or a long-term care resident, an adult (age 18-64) with underlying medical conditions, or an adult (age 18-64) at increased risk of COVID-19 exposure because of their job or living situation, i.e., healthcare workers; education staff (including teachers, support staff and daycare workers); first responders (including firefighters and police); public transit workers; U.S. postal service workers; and clergy.

 If you are scheduled for the Moderna COVID-19 booster vaccine, please remember to bring your vaccination card with you at the time of your appointment.
