Volunteering at Saint Peter's

Saint Peter's University Hospital has several hundred capable and compassionate volunteers, ranging from high school students to retirees, who donate thousands of hours each year to help our staff care for our patients and visitors.

Volunteers at Saint Peter’s serve in non-patient and patient care areas, performing various clerical duties such as answering phones, collating mailings, running errands throughout the hospital campus, assisting in the Gift Shop On Park, delivering flowers and mail, delivering newspapers to the units, escorting patients to and from testing, greeting patients as care companions, feeding patients who need assistance, or helping visitors at the reception desks to find their way.

For High School Students
At this time, out of an abundance of caution, due to the challenges presented by the coronavirus, we have come to the difficult decision to temporarily suspend the high school program.  We are not taking any new applications at this time, please continue to check this website for updates.  We thank you for your interest and wish you a bright future.
