Welcome to the Medical Staff Affairs Office!
Our department performs a scope of services to assist practitioners, such as the following:
- Initiates and maintains credentialing files for all members of the Medical, Dental and Allied Health Professional Staff
- Coordinates reappointment
- Serves as a resource for interpretation of bylaws and department rules and regulations
- Provides affiliation verifications
- Tracks expirable documents (license, DEA, CDS, etc.)
