COVID-19 Vaccination Information

Thank you for your interest in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has made recent changes regarding the COVID-19 vaccine and we will be making changes to the way we administer the COVID-19 vaccine.

Saint Peter’s University Hospital is offering the Moderna COVID-19 monovalent vaccine (2024-2025) for patients at the Saint Peter’s Family Health Center in New Brunswick. These vaccines provided are by appointment only.

1. Pediatric Vaccines: Available for children aged 6 months to 18 years at the Saint Peter’s Pediatric Health Center. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call 732-745-8519.
