“The Saint Peter’s Hospital School of Nursing graduated hundreds of outstanding nurses during its existence from 1931 until it closed its doors in 1986,” said Linda Carroll, chief nursing officer for Saint Peter’s Healthcare System. “This is a wonderful opportunity for those alumnae to see how the hospital has changed and how health care itself has been transformed over these five decades. The alumnae themselves will also have stories to tell. Saint Peter’s is looking forward to this special event.”
- What: The Saint Peter’s School of Nursing Class of 1967 will hold its 50th anniversary luncheon and tour of the hospital’s clinical and public areas.
- Where: Saint Peter’s University Hospital
- When: Friday, May 19. A Mass will be held from noon to 12:30 p.m., a luncheon from 12:30 until 2 p.m., followed by a hospital tour from 2 to 3 p.m.
