Child Life Wish List

The George G. Brennan, M.D. Child Life Program at The Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital is fortunate to receive donated items and monetary support that help make the hospital experience less stressful for our pediatric patients and their families. These donations, including toys, books, and gift cards are used during play therapy and as gifts to celebrate special occasions such as holidays, birthdays and end-of-treatment celebrations.

Child Life Wish List

Your support of the Child Life Program at The Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital will go a long way towards brightening a child’s hospital stay. Below are ways you can support activities provided by our Child Life team.
  • Amazon Wish List: For those wishing to donate items such as toys, art supplies, infant and teen items and board games, we encourage you to visit our Amazon Wish List. Items you purchase will be delivered directly to The Children’s Hospital. Please be sure to explore the many different items on our wish list, by clicking the sub-lists on the left of the screen.

  • One-Time or Recurring Donation: Your one-time or recurring donation will ensure therapies and other initiatives led by the Child Life team are made available to patients throughout their stay.

To ensure the health and safety of our patients and community, please be aware of the following:
  • We are unable to allow donors to enter the hospital and/or deliver gifts directly to patients.
  • Any gift drop-offs must be scheduled with a member of the Child Life team; who will meet you outside of the hospital to accept your donation.
  • All donations MUST be NEW
  • Food, candy or stuffed animals cannot be accepted
  • Items that have been gift wrapped cannot be accepted
  • Items made from unfished wood cannot be accepted
