Saint Peter’s Family Health Center patients can now receive physical, occupational, and speech and language therapy at Saint Peter’s Health and Wellness Center in Somerset. Saint Peter’s clinicians take an individualized approach to the care of their patients and assess the individual’s entire body since often other areas of the body contribute to the affected area.
  • Chronic pain
  • Herniated discs
  • Knee pain/hip pain
  • Low back pain/sciatica/sacroiliac joint pain
  • Muscle/ligament sprains/strains
  • Post-fracture rehab
  • Post-stroke rehab
  • Pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Rotator cuff tear/tendonitis/impingement


Saint Peter’s also offers physical, occupational, and speech and language therapy services to children. Conditions we treat include (but are not limited to):

  • Autism
  • Birth injury or defects
  • Difficulty walking
  • Down syndrome
  • Erb’s palsy
  • Low muscle tone or weakness
  • Neurological impairment
  • Physical developmental delays (motor delays)
  • Sensory integration dysfunction
  • Torticollis (stiff neck)
Saint Peter’s Health and Wellness Center offers audiology and ENT (ear, nose and throat) services to adults and pediatric patients as well.

To make an appointment, call 732.339.7699. A physician’s referral may be required. Physical therapy is offered at Saint Peter’s Family Health Center from Monday through Thursday between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
