At the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, our highly-trained professional clinicians and specialists provide adult and pediatric outpatient therapy services. Our therapists are dedicated to providing innovative, evidence-based, personalized care and restoring maximum function and successful outcomes to help you and your family live more comfortably.
Our Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation Program, administered by specialty trained physical therapists is dedicated to preventing falls and improving functional mobility. You may benefit from treatment if you are experiencing:

  • Unsteadiness
  • Poor Balance
  • Visual Motor Disturbance

Back Care Counseling Program
People who suffer from chronic or recurring back injuries may benefit from taking part in an individualized and comprehensive education program. At Saint Peter’s University Hospital, licensed physical therapists explore and explain the anatomy and function of the spine with the focus on spinal mechanics during everyday activities. The program examines activity specific to you and your daily routine and provides strategies to address your pain and to protect your back. 
Our patients are empowered through education, therapeutic exercise, self-management of pain, and ergonomic Instruction.

Services Include:  
One to two sessions with a licensed professional. You may  or may not require additional visits.

Call 732-745-8570 for more information or to make an appointment. A prescription from your doctor is required for physical therapy services and a referral may be necessary.  Most insurance accepted.
