The Moving On from Cancer with a Rehabilitative Exercise Program was created by a breast cancer survivor for breast cancer survivors. This group therapeutic exercise program is designed to address the physical limitations breast cancer survivors feel after chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgical procedures.

MovingOn exercises can help:

  • Correct your posture
  • Alleviate muscle and joint pain
  • Improve your energy level
  • Relieve tightness in the chest area
  • Increase your strength and range of motion
Held Monday evenings from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
