  • Four (4) weeks' paid vacation each academic year.
  • Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance & Vision Plan.
  • Prescription Plan — Two carriers from which to choose. (You must participate in the medical insurance plan to obtain this benefit.)
  • Group Term Life Insurance/Basic AD&D — Basic life and AD&D insurance is provided at no cost to resident. Supplemental life insurance may be purchased and is based on salary and age.
  • Long-term disability insurance is provided at no cost to resident.
  • Malpractice insurance is provided to resident only while engaged in activities necessary for the completion of the residency.
  • Educational Stipend — $500 per academic year.
  • Monthly meal allotment when on call.
  • Employee Assistance Program — Participation in the medical insurance plan is necessary to obtain this benefit.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Computer access 24/7.
  • Tax Shelter Annuity Plan 403(b) — two carriers from which to choose. Participation is voluntary.
  • Life support courses and certification.
  • Reimbursement for N.J. permit, in-training examination fee and professional membership.
